You're welcome to bring your own food on the tour, though we ensure that meal breaks are scheduled at convenient times during the journey. If the tour includes food options provided by us, these will be clearly indicated during the trip selection process, and the provided meals will be vegetarian only.
Take Me Around values flexibility and understands that travel plans may change. To accommodate our guests, we have a fares policy designed to offer clarity and fairness:

For cancellations within 24 hours of the tour departure time, or if you miss your booked tour, the full tour fare will be forfeited. Please note that rescheduling requests, if they require the cancellation of your initial booking, will also follow this policy.
We welcome children on our tours and offer a $20 discount for travellers aged 0-15 years. Infant and booster seats are available for children aged 0-5 years, but they are limited, so early booking is advised. To request a seat, email ask2tma@gmail.com with your child’s age, booking details, and confirmation number.
Please note:
Prams or strollers are not allowed due to limited vehicle storage.
Every guest, including infants, must have an allocated seat. Holding infants on laps or occupying aisles is prohibited.
Undisclosed infants will require a paid child fare before boarding. If no seats are available, the group may forfeit their fares and be denied travel.
For a seamless experience, ensure all travellers are disclosed at booking.
Due to the small size of our touring vehicles, luggage storage is not available. We recommend bringing a small day pack that can be carried on your lap or at your feet during the tour.
We regret that at present our touring vehicles are not equipped to carry wheelchairs.
Unfortunately, animal companions are not permitted on our tours at this time.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, which can be conveniently completed online. You can book online on our website. A booking confirmation will be emailed to your provided address, and a printed ticket is not necessary for tour participation.
To secure a seat, we recommend booking at least 2-3 days before your tour. However, last-minute bookings are welcome and can be accommodated up until the departure time, subject to availability.
Pick-up and drop-off for all tours will be conducted in the city center, where all trips begin and conclude.
When making a reservation over the phone, you can complete your payment by providing your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex). Please note that a 1.9% credit card fee applies to all transactions.
